Frank J. Cavallo, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the age of 97. Beloved husband of the late Bernadette Leonard Cavallo. Son of the late Gaotano “Tom” Cavallo and Lena Antonina Demiceli Cavallo. Loving Father of Frank Cavallo, Jr., Antoinette Cavallo (Gene) and the late Carolyn C. Buffone (survived by Warren). Beloved Grandfather of Cathy Bottolfs (Reggie), Michelle Stein (Mark), Penny Dragon (Chris), Tony Cavallo, Stephanie Speights (Mikey) and Nicholas Cavallo. Great Grandfather of Ryan Bottolfs (Ashley), Heather Bergeron, Mark Stein III, Madison Stein, Jordan Dragon, Hannah Dragon, Christopher Dragon, Isabella Cavallo, Aubrey Cavallo, Paige Dupre, Mya Speights, Cain Speights and the late Lexie Speights. Great Great Grandfather of Brayden Bottolfs, Elizabeth Bergeron and Gracelyn Bergeron. Brother of Mary Hebert, Victor Cavallo, Loretta Weaver and the late Lena Richard, Rosalie Allemond, Doris Estopinal and Thomas Cavallo. Frank is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Frank was a lifelong resident of Marrero. He served his country while enlisted in the United States Navy. He worked for Halliburton for 40 years. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 10AM until 1:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1:30PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, Louisiana.
