Fredrick "Frenchie" Leblanc

Fredrick “Frenchie” LeBlanc passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the age of 75. Beloved father of Wayne LeBlanc, Rebecca Leto (Jonathan), Mark LeBlanc (Sims), and Paula Hebert (Mark). Former husband of Peggy L. LeBlanc, mother of his four children. Son of the late Thelma R. and Edward C. LeBlanc, Sr. Brother of Betty Pugh, Kenneth LeBlanc, Sharon Andras, the late Edward C. LeBlanc, Jr. and Ronald J. LeBlanc. Grandfather of Joshua and Zachary Leto, Miranda and Cameron Hebert, and Isabelle and Madeline LeBlanc. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA for the past 22 years. Frenchie was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1905, friend of BMC and a mentor to many.
Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Bell South, South Central Bell, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Homes, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
