Merlin T. Licciardi

Merlin T. Licciardi, life-long resident of the Westbank, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 67. He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Licciardi Jr and Vernel Licciardi. He is beloved husband of 40 years of Susan Licciardi. He is devoted father of Tina Letulle (Leon) and Rachel Parker ( Randy). He is loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren, Blake Thomas ( Jessica), Brooke Thomas, Alex Letulle, Alyssa Letulle, Colby Parker, Jade Parker, Carly Parker, Brice Parker, Alana Parker, Jenna Parker. He is brother of Anthony Licciardi III (Gayle). He is also survived by two Godchildren, Kristen and Loren Licciardi; his nephew, Jason Licciardi ; and his devoted pets, Lil’ Bit, Maggie, Scottie and Doodie. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a retired Carman in the railroad industry with both Southern Pacific Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad after 41 years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Monday, May 1, 2017 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Catholic Funeral Service at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA.
