Michael Tyrone Tully, Jr. known to many as Mikey, departed this life unexpectedly on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the age of 31. Michael was born in Gretna, LA on October 15, 1988 and was raised by his mother, Gina Wuertz Tully, step-father, Michael Favre Jr. and father Michael Tully, Sr. A Westbank native, “Little Michael” grew up in Gretna and was known and loved by so many. He was a loving father to his only daughter, who has been the light of his life since entering the world in 2010, Bailey Jade-Ann. Loved by his siblings, Jade Hidalgo, Anthony Wuertz, Crystal Smith, Jessica Gore, Maison Tully (Jason Hidalgo Sr and Drew Smith). Adoring uncle to Triston, Nicolas, Krista-lynn, Haylee, Lillian, Jason, Jr. and many more. Grandson of the late Gaile and Melvin Wuertz and surviving grandparents, Cathrine and Melroy Tully, nephew of the late Tracy Tully, Elizabeth Lowenberg and Melroy Glen (Pink) Tully, and survived by aunt and uncle Toni and Carmen Weimer. Cousin to Angelina Tully, Christina Northcutt, Cheyenne Lowenberg and more. He had many friends and loved ones, and was liked by all who met him. He was known for his charming personality, his laughter, and always smiling as well as bringing smiles to the faces of those around him. He was a family man, cherishing and doting on his daughter, enjoying time spent with his mother and taking pride in his bond with his many nieces and nephews. He was a hardworking, funny and reliable man who was adored and will be greatly missed by so many.
