Abdon "AJ" Joseph LeBlanc

Abdon Joseph LeBlanc, 91, died Monday, November 6, 2023. Mr. LeBlanc born in Westwego, LA; resided in both Watson and Belle Chasse, LA and lived in Marrero until his death. Family and friends affectionally called him “AJ”.

AJ was an automotive mechanic in Baton Rouge, LA. He enjoyed fishing and watching Saints and LSU Football.

AJ is preceded in death by his parents Sidney LeBlanc and Edna Guidry Leblanc and his sons Jody and Ricky LeBlanc. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Evelyn LeBlanc, his daughters Janice LeBlanc and Abbie Hattaway, his stepchildren Bridgette Chastant (Harold), Debra Johnson, Fred Bonvillian, Jr. (Dee) and Kenneth Bonvillian (Maria). He is Also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 9:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 8968 Highway 23, Belle Chasse, LA 70037. A Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. with interment to follow in Westlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements by Mothe Funeral Home
