Adam James Breaux passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 surrounded by his family after a struggle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Gail; daughters, Janice of Lacombe; Laura Eckhart (Rob); and Grand daughter, Emmerson Eckhart of Seattle, WA; one sister, Irene Benoit (Nathan Patin) of Henderson, LA; three brothers, Walter Breaux (Jane) of Youngsville, VA, T-Man Crochet (Lisa Hidalgo) of Plaquemine, LA; Ralph Breaux (Sannie) of Fredericksburg, VA as well as numerous nephews and nieces. After graduation from Welsh High School, he served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason. Adam became a franchise owner of Keystone Readers Service in New Orleans. He had offices throughout the Southern states. He was one of the founders of Publishers Discount Warehouse Magazine Sales in Houston, TX. After moving in 1991 to Rio Grande Valley, TX, he was contracted with Valley Financial Services and Guardian Family Trusts to write trusts. While in McAllen, TX he met and married his wife Gail of 15 years. Adam was a salesman’s salesman!! He lived and enjoyed life to its fullest. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, November 13, 2015 from 10AM until 12PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12PM. Interment will be privately held at a later date. Honorary pallbearers will be Bernie Anderson of San Antonio, TX; Ron Banks of Harlington, TX; Milton Cheramie of Marrero, LA; Carl Frost of Metairie, LA; C.H. Kuykendall of Oklahoma City, OK; Larry Moser and Frank Pittman, both of Dallas, TX.
