Agnes Kling Richard peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late George B. Richard, Sr. Daughter of the late Robert Kling and Alice Landry Kling. Loving mother of George L. LeBlanc (Janice) and George B. Richard, Jr. Loving Grandmother of Jeff LeBlanc (Tammy) and the late Jill Ann LeBlanc. Great Grandmother of Jillian and Chase LeBlanc. Sister of the late Fellman Kling, Whitman Kling, Robert John Kling, Gladys K. Theriot and Leona K. Dempsey. Agnes was born in Dutchtown, Louisiana and a resident of Marrero, Louisiana. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Ladies Altar Society, American Legion Post 222 Ladies Auxiliary, Jefferson Parish Bar Association Ladies Auxiliary, Knights of Columbus Council 4222 Ladies Auxiliary and St. Vincent de Paul Society. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4401 7th Street, Marrero, Louisiana on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 9AM until 10AM. A Funeral Mass will take place at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday at 10AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, Louisiana.
