Alan Joseph Punch

Alan Joseph Punch passed away peacefully at home with his family. Beloved husband of Phillis Delatte Punch for 55 years. Father of Anthony J. Punch (Stephanie) and Michael J. Punch (Janelle). Son of the late Joseph P. and Tilly Cheramie Punch. Brother of Patricia Punch Gomez (Dan). Grandfather of Landon Punch (Mindi), Layne, Abigail, and Jude Punch. Great grandfather of Aiden, Avery, and Emma Punch. Uncle of Desiree Delatte. Also survived by a host of cousins. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad and enjoyed bass fishing, playing the guitar at home and hosting seafood boils and fish fries for family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 3pm at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 1pm until 3pm. Interment will be held privately at a later date. The family would like to express their appreciation to Donna, Val, and Jan for their loving care and to Heart of Hospice, Bridgette, Erika, Pastor Taylor, Celeste and Dr. Joplin.
