Alice Gail Cross

Alice “Dovie” Cross passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the age of 85. Beloved and loving wife of 58 years to H. Duane Cross. Daughter of the late Edwin and Bertha Hughes. Loving mother of Gail Cross Miller, Jeffrey Duane Cross (Wife Julie), Robert James Cross and Linda Kay Cross. Grandmother to her only grandson, Thomas William Miller, III. Sister of the late Mabel Hansen, Gladys Barry, Chester Hughes, Charles Hughes and Glen Hughes. Aunt of Ronald Hughes, Russell Hughes and Edward Ferguson. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Heart of Hospice for their love and care given to “Dovie” during her illness. Memorial Services will be held in Montana at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LIVESTRONG.org or Children’s Hospital of New Orleans.
