Allen Joseph “Buddy” Bergeron, retired from LPL-Entergy after 35 years, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012. Former husband of Geneva Turner. Father of Rhoda Tingstrom (Mack), Angela Bozzelle (Bobby), Greg Bergeron (Linda), and Brad Bergeron (Nicole). Son of the late Allen and Elmira Bergeron. Brother of Beulah Daigle (Honore’), Alice Mae Dauzat (the late Michael), the late Charles Bergeron (Dolly), and the late Preston Bergeron (Jouette). Grandfather of Rhett Owens (Stacie), Gregory T., Hunter, Brant, and Cole Bergeron, Amanda and Robbie Bozzelle. Step-grandfather of Cody and Cameron Gafford. Great-grandfather of Jaycie Lynn Bergeron and Amelia Alise Owens. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Age 81 years, a native of Napoleonville and resident of Marrero and Lafayette, LA for the past 7 years. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass in the Parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 12 Noon.
