Allen Joseph Pelas

Allen Joseph Pelas passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Alford Pelas. Step father of Pamela Cossich Armstrong and Danny L. Cossich. Father in law of Jude A. Armstrong Jr. Son of the late Irene Pelas Nelson and Clifford Pelas. Brother of Lillian Pelas Mailey, Lorraine Pelas Staniel, and Glorraine Nelson Francis. Grandfather of Christopher Joseph Boudreaux, Joseph Dimetry Boudreaux, Danielle Cossich, Kathrina and Sarah Cossich. Great Grandfather of Cayden, Reese, and Vaida Boudreaux. Also survived by a son, Steven Pelas and a host of nieces and nephews. He was a lifelong resident of Plaquemines Parish. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11am.
