Alma Thoman Zar passed away on December 26, 2011 at the age of 62. Beloved wife of Andrew C. Zar. Mother of Jimmy Jessie, Bobby Jessie, Tommy Jessie, Andrew C. Zar, Jr., Donna Elizabeth Zar, Cindy Louise Zar and the late Donnie Jessie. Daughter of the late Lawrence and Betty Thoman. Sister of Linda Harvey (Bruce), Mary Herrah, Helen Thoman, Shirley Babin, Larry and Bobby “Jimbo” Thoman. Grandmother of Amber, Ashland, Gabriella, Tiffany, Dominick, Collin, RaeAnna, McKenzie, Rickey, Nikki, Allaynah, Shya and Jaylynn. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Lafitte, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 7 PM.
