Almenia A. "Mena" Sylve

Almenia A. “Mena” Sylve lifted her wings on December 14, 2012 at the age of 71. She was born on August 2, 1941 to the late Eddie Sylve, Sr. and Victoria Ancar Sylve. Devoted wife to the late George Sylve, Sr. She was preceded in death by two children George, Jr. and Leslie Sylve. She leaves to cherish her memories five children; Amy St. Ann (Byron), Daniel, Daren (Cheryl), Janelle and Rachel (Kevin) Sylve, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, two brothers, four sister in laws, one brother in law and a host of nieces, nephews. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Patrick Church, 28698 Hwy 23, Port Sulphur, LA on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11 AM.
