Amelia Marie Martinez went to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the age of 22 months. Beloved and loving daughter of Brandi Giardina Martinez and Jaime D. Martinez, Jr. Loving sister of Alaina Martinez, Austin Frosch, Alex Martinez and Ariel Martinez. Beloved Maternal Granddaughter of Jacob D. Giardina and the late Lynn Oakley. Maternal Granddaughter of Cheryl Giardina. Beloved Paternal Granddaughter of Jaime D. “Poppy” Martinez, Sr. and Connie Martinez. Niece of Rusty Giardina (Tiffany), Kerry Macaluso (Kacyee), Sam Macaluso (Natasha), Dusty Macaluso (Kim), Jessica Bianchini (Jimmy), Norma Martinez (Allie) and the late Austin Giardina. Cousin of Bailey, Nick, Aubrey, Kylee, Kayden, Tristin, Hayden, Landon, Kamila, Jay and Erin. God daughter of Kalynn Petit, Josh McDonald and Heather McDonald. Amelia was born in Gretna and raised in Marrero. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday evening, July 12, 2016 from 6PM until Midnight. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 8AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
