Amy McCorkle Kirk passed away on October 2, 2016 at the age of 44 years. Beloved mother of Dugan R. Epperson, Dominic M. Epperson and Nicolas D. Kirk. Daughter of Richard K. Kirk and the late Mary Elizabeth McCorkle. Also survived by her half-brothers, Robert Kirk and Robert Curtis; half-sister, Cathryn Curtis along with many aunts and uncles in North Carolina and other relatives and friends.
Amy was an active member of Belle Chasse United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She was a devoted and loving mother, daughter and friend and will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Belle Chasse United Methodist Church, 8375 Highway 23 in Belle Chasse on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 10 AM to 11 AM. Memorial Services will follow.
