Anna Mae Rouse Ciaccio

Anna Mae Rouse Ciaccio entered into eternal rest at the age of 90, to be reunited with her beloved husband, Huey Ciaccio. Born in Marrero, LA to Joseph Rouse and Leola Pitre Rouse. Preceded in death were her siblings; Joseph Rouse, Marie Aucoin, Jenny Turner, and Anthony Rouse. Mother to Marian Fredrick, Linda Fredrick, Angela Beck (David), and Shawn Ciaccio. Grandmother to Christian Fredrick (Mary Grace), Jessica Venable (Cody), Jenna Zito (Samuel), and Dylan Ciaccio. Great-grandmother to Raeanne, Layla, Adalyn, Ethan, Samuel, Beau, and Theresa. 

Anna Mae was a diehard LSU football fan, she was known for her great cooking, baking birthday cakes for her family, her famous Italian cookies, and crocheting blankets and baby clothes.  She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, and Candy Crush, as well as doing crossword puzzles. Her favorite thing of all was visiting with her friends and family, especially her grandkids! She always made sure they were fed and had all their favorite snacks. 

Not a phone call, visit, picture, or card was forgotten... trust that, she remembered and cherished them all!

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until mass time.
