Annie Williams James Carter

Annie Williams James Carter went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 31, 2014 at the age of 70 years. Survivors include her children, Lizzie “Cookie” Aaron and Jake James Jr.; grandchildren, Aaron (wife Toni), Randy, Candis, Derek, Felicia, Jaymie, Kacie, Galen, Jake III, Jakelinn and Da’Jon; great-grandchildren, Ja’Den, Deven, Ja’Dah, Jas’Mon, Naviyah, Jae’Lah, Loyal, Christian, Christopher, Jezany, Janessa, Jazalee and Joniaz; sisters and brothers, Viola Klein (husband, the late Jerald), Edith Walters (husband Benny), Phillip, Manuel (wife Sherrie), Alvin (wife Vanessa), Larry (wife Evangeline), Ronald Williams and her God child Troy Williams.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Jake James Sr. and Henry Carter; grandson, Deven; sister and brothers, Shirley Whisham, Leo, Lewis, Grover, Carlton, Donald, Curtis, Donald Ray and Charles Williams and her parents, Pearlina Jones Williams and Phillip Williams Sr. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 1 PM. Rev. Chuck Brown, officiating.
