Anthony Edward Bailey, a clerk with the Jefferson Parish clerk of court, retired clerk with the U.S. Post Office in Gretna, LA, passed away in the presence of his beloved wife Marie P. Bailey on Monday, December 19, 2011 at the age of 73. Father of Anthony E. Bailey, Jr. (Sveta), Kay B. Lee (Barry Lee), Bonnie B. Turner (Adam) and step father of Tony Pitre (Sue). Son of Conchetta Weidenbech. Grandfather of Sholly, Bailey, Dominic, Micah, Bella, Olivia, Landon, David, Christina, Tony and Craig. A native of New Orleans, and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family, also Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court Employees, Gretna Sportsmen Club Members are invited to attend a Memorial service in the parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 7 PM.
