Anthony "Tony" Blanchard

Anthony "Tony" Blanchard passed away on Wednesday October 21, 2015 at 4:30am. Age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Martha Cleveland Blanchard. Loving Father of Deborah (Debbie) B. Pennison and Janet B. Pratt. Grandfather of Bret M. Pennison and Jeff P. Pennison. Father-in-law of Michael G. Pennison and Karl R. Pratt, Jr. Son of the late Dave Blanchard and Odile Miller Blanchard. Brother of the late James Blanchard, J.B. Blanchard, Ida B. Miller, and Lou Anna Blanchard. A native of Mowata, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 65 years. Anthony served his country in WWII, during which time he earned a Bronze star and was imprisoned as a POW.
