Antonino D'Amico

Antonino D'Amico passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of Maria Pulvino D'Amico for 53 years. Father of Paul D'Amico (wife, Rebecca), Josephine D'Amico and Anthony D'Amico (wife, April). Grandfather of Avery Joseph D'Amico and Aaron Michael D'Amico.
Brother of the late Giuseppe D'Amico (wife, Anna Deluca, deceased), the late Calogero D'Amico (wife, Loreta Montagnino, deceased), the late Gioacchino D'Amico (wife, Rosalia Casale, deceased) and the late
Rosalia D'Amico DiBetta (husband, Giuseppe, deceased). Son of the late Antonina Todaro D'Amico and Paolo D'Amico. Antonino was a native of Alia, Sicily, but called Harvey, LA home for the past 53 years. A
former millwright of Ferruzzi/Mississippi River Grain Elevator, Inc. and craftsman at Jefferson Fiberglass, Antonino retired over 20 years ago to enjoy his hobby of gardening where he grew seasonal vegetables and a large annual crop of Roma and Creole tomatoes.
Relatives, friends and members of the Italian American Society of Jefferson are invited
to attend a funeral visitation on Monday, November 7th, 2022, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4401 7th St. Marrero, LA. 70072, beginning at 10am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12pm. Interment will immediately follow the Mass at Westlawn Cemetery in Gretna, LA.
