Archie D. Diebold III

Archie Davie Diebold, III, husband of Helen White Diebold, of Marrero, LA, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. He was 62 years of age. He was born in New Orleans on July 20, 1961 to the late Juanita "Carole" Spears Diebold and the late Archie Davie Diebold, Jr. He is survived by his three children, Cory Everette Diebold, Breanna Lynne Diebold, and Joshua David Diebold, grandchildren, Haylie "Kendall" Michelle Roux, Hannah Kristina Bay, Julia Claire LeMaire, Elijah Charles Diebold, Ravyn Elise Diebold, Evan Thomas LeMaire, Jaxton Godric Everette Diebold, Owen David Diebold, and Annalise Elliette Diebold, sisters, Roxanne Diebold Scurich (Johnny) and Vicki Diebold Spradley (Scott), son at heart, Blake Anthony Hountha, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Archie graduated in 1979 from John Ehret High School in Marrero, LA. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy from 1979 through 1989. He was a member of the Order of DeMolay and Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Archie worked for Cornerstone Chemical Company from 1991 until his retirement in 2021, where he made a family with a lot of the people whom he worked with.

Archie loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

As Archie would always say he would never grow up, he had a plethora of driving games which were his favorite along with many hobbies which allowed him to act like a kid and have fun. He loved listening to all genres of music and will be missed dearly.
