Archie Joseph Lowery, Jr. passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012 at the age of 51. Beloved husband of Cheryl “Dolly” Matherne Lowery. Caring father of Dustin R. Lowery (Alisia Claverie) and Whitney Nicole Lowery. Loving grandfather of Hayden Thomas, Leila Katherine, and Brady John Lowery. Devoted son of Catherine Cortez Lowery and the late Archie J. Lowery, Sr. Brother of Debra Lowery DeNicola (the late Joseph “Pete” DeNicola), the late Cathy Ann Lowery and Tammy Lowery Cascio (Patrick Cascio). Son in law of Bertha and Gilbert Matherne. Godfather of Tiffany Cascio Lassiegne (Raymond Lassiegne) Survived by a host of brothers and sisters in law, godchildren, nieces and nephews. Relatives, friends, former employees and customers of Lowery Bros. Rigging Center, Inc. are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 3 PM. Interment in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 PM until 3 PM.
