Armon Sullivan

Armon “Pete” “Sweet Sue” Sullivan passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of 54 years to Martha Timberlake Sullivan. Son of the late Richard and Jinnie Sullivan. Father of Armond Sullivan, Jr. (Wife Darlene), Darrel Sullivan, Lorraine Gros and the late Sherry Lynn Carmouche. Grandfather of Dwayne, Jarette, Jeremy, Orin, Quinn, Jason, Jacob and Joshua. Also survived by a host of Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Brother of Lucille Schexnayder, Vada Jackson, Alma Daigrepont, Ida Mollo, Josie Fallon and the late Flo Campbell, Curtis Sullivan, Palmer Sullivan, Richard Sullivan, Jr. and Larry Sullivan. Special Cousin to Carrie Jean Labauve and Lois Grenier. Longtime friend of Frank Reed and J.B. Reed. Mr. Sullivan was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders. He is a retired Iron Worker for Local 58 after 27 years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, April 8, 2011 from 6PM until 10PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday morning, April 9, 2011 from 9AM until 11AM. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday at 11AM. Interment will be in Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hossana Church Building Fund, 2215 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA.
