Aubrey L. Kennedy

Aubrey L. Kennedy, a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA, died Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the age of 85. Beloved brother of Ruth Kennedy Hart and son of the late Clementine Dinkel and Daniel R. Kennedy. Loving Uncle of June Grosch, Daniel, Ronnie, Kenneth, Kerry, Kelly and Norman Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy was a Veteran of the U.S. Marines and a member of the American Legion Post 216. He was the proprietor of Kennedy’s Service Station at Franklin and Kepler in Gretna, LA for many years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette St., Algiers, LA on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11 AM. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Parlors will be open Monday from 10 AM until 11 AM.
