Audrey Langridge Henderson entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late James T. “Slim” Henderson. Daughter of the late Beatrice F. Langridge and Joseph E. Langridge. Mother of Lynne M. Henderson and Jan H. Hirsch. Sister of the late Joseph R. Langridge, Andrew Langridge, Ernest V. Langridge, Paul D. Langridge, Earl J. Langridge, Edith L. Sour, Elvia L. Samuel, Beatrice L. North, Valery L. Ramsey and Gladys “Dootsie” L. Hubert. Grandmother of Kyle and Drew Smith. Audrey was a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church for 54 years. She was born in Gretna, LA and resided in Algiers, LA for the past 54 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, Eton Street, Algiers, LA on Thursday, November 10, 2011 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
