Barbara Council Raybourn passed away on August 24, 2013, at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of Bobby C. Raybourn. Mother of Kim Raybourn and Mike Raybourn (Paula). Grandmother of John Tyler Raybourn (Nichole). Great-grandmother of Holden Winston, Ezra Israel and Riley Jean Raybourn. Sister of Ralph Edward Council, the late Arthur Eugene and Jackie Thomas Council. She was an active member of First Pentecostal Church of the Westbank.
