Son of the late Beulah Dugas Hebert and Emile Toby Hebert. Father of Lucky Garbino, Bonnie Venable and Barrow Hebert, Jr. Grandfather of Brittany Freeman, Kayla Hebert, Dave Legnon, Sam Galesksas, Devin Galesksas and Matt Freeman. Great grandfather of Lucas Legnon and Haven Galesksas. Barrow was born in New Iberia, LA and resided in Luling, LA for the past 12 years.
