Beatrice Hand Turner

Beatrice Hand Turner passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late James R. Turner. Mother of Randal S. Turner (Suzan), Robert J Turner, and Lisa Turner Eckard (Bryan). Daughter of the late Maude Anderson Hand and John Ed Hand. Sister of Christine Johnson, Shirley Smith, Glenda Kuss and the late Virginia Cole, Ruth Hand and John Hand. Grandmother of Chris Turner (Erin), Brian Turner, Erin Turner, James Turner, Kayla Turner and Alexandra Eckard. Great grandmother of Aidan Turner. A native of Nashville, TN and a resident of Terrytown, LA for the past 41 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Ochsner Medical Center- Westbank and parishioners of Woodland Presbyterian Church are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 10:30 am at Woodland Presbyterian Church, 5824 Berkley Drive, New Orleans, LA 70131. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Woodland Presbyterian Church, 5824 Berkley Drive, New Orleans, LA 70131 in her memory
