Beldren Joseph Domangue

Beldren J. Domangue passed away on Friday April 12, 2013. He was born on December 24th 1928 to Teles and Bessie Domangue. A lifelong resident of Westwego and parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, he was also the beloved husband of Lucy B. Domangue by second marriage and deceased Doris G. Domangue by first marriage. Loving father to Eldon (Butch) J. Domangue, Lisa D. Simoneaux (CJ), Barry M. Domangue (Kim), and step-father of Billy Barnes (Judy), Gary Barnes (Karen) and Timmy Barnes (Priscilla). He was the grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren with one on the way and had many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 siblings; namely, Eldon J. Domangue, Jane D. Baudoin, and Lois D. Thibodeaux. He retired from IMTT in Avondale, LA after 35 years of dedicated service, member of the Westwego Civics Association, and the Ernest Tassin Center of Senior Citizens of Westwego. His family would like to acknowledge their appreciation to Dr. Simonison of Wynhoven Health Care Center and Staff. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, April 15, 2013 at 3PM.
