Bertha Guillot entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 6, 2011 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Clifton P. Guillot. Mother of Caroll Danos, Sr. (Beverly), Steve Danos (Karen), Janice Danos Doak and Robert “Bobby” Guillot (Mary Ann). Daughter of the late Tildon P. Champagne and Stella Falgout. Step daughter of the late Oliver J. Rodrigue. Step sister of Oliver J. Rodrigue, Jr., Manuel Rodrigue, Mercy Rodrigue, Elsie Rodrigue Punch, Darlene Rodrigue, Edna Champagne, Linda Champagne, Gary Rodrigue, Jerry Rodrigue, Keith Rodrigue, Kathy Rodrigue and the late Stella Boudreaux, Edward Champagne and Loyce Champagne. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by 1 grandchild. Bertha was born in Raceland, LA and was a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 57 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 9AM until 11AM. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 10AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the funeral home on Monday at 11AM. Interment will be Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA. Information: 504-366-4343.
