Bethany Ann Polkey

Bethany Ann Polkey, was born on July 8, 2008 and passed away peacefully on June 21, 2022 at the age of 13. Beloved daughter of Victoria Polkey and Andrew Biles. Sister of Maddison Polkey Biles, Andrew Biles Jr. and Alexander Biles. Granddaughter of Patricia V. Polkey and Timothy Polkey, Karen Biles and Tommy Biles. Great-granddaughter of Anna Vicknair and the late Victor Vicknair. Also survived by her dear canine friend “Bubbles” along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Bethany was a student at Marrero Middle School and attended C.T. Janet Elementary School. She loved attending the Louisiana Lions Diabetes Camp and was a regular participant of the JDRF Diabetes Walk. She loved to dance to Tik Tok and was an avid fan of Harry Potter and Stranger Things. She lives on as a kidney donor for her grandfather and many others. Her loving, caring, and unselfish spirit will live on. She is a true hero.

There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 2pm to 4pm. Memorial Services will follow.
