Betty O’Donahue Ardeneaux passed away peacefully on Friday, December 16, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Russell A. Ardeneaux, Sr. for 50 years. Mother of Russell A. Ardeneaux, Jr. (Kerrilyn), Robert A. Ardeneaux, Sr. (Denise), and Rochelle A. Swanson (Steven). Daughter of the late John and Gladys O’Donahue. Daughter-in-law of the late Alfred and Annie Ardeneaux. Sister of Joanna Juneau, and the late John O’Donahue (Sylvia) and Thomas O’Donahue. Grandmother of Brent Ardeneaux (Marie), Blaine Ardeneaux, Ashley Zahorchak (Jimmy), Robert Ardeneaux, Jr. (Brittany), Rene Ardeneaux (Adriana), Trey Ardeneaux (Bridgette), Ann Marie Ardeneaux, Paiten Ardeneaux and Steven Swanson, Jr. Great grandmother of Hayden, Benjamin, Arden, Landon, Noah, Abigail, Reagan and Sophie. She was an immaculate housekeeper who loved to iron. She was an amazing cook who also loved crocheting and quilting. She loved her family dearly. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Covington, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Christ the King Catholic Church, 535 Deerfield Rd., Terrytown, LA on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 11am.
