Betty Brossard

Betty Brossard passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Harvey N. Brossard by second marriage and of the late Merle L. Heiden by first marriage. Mother of Brian L. Heiden (the late Patsy) (Arleen), and Jay M. Heiden (Patti).
Daughter of the late George and Anna Nehmer. Sister of the late Marie Zelmo, Dorothy Cripps, Gerry Kohlhaas, and Lloyd Nehmer. Grandmother of Shawn Heiden (Aimie), Kristin Heiden Bourque (Sam), Eric Heiden (Lauren), and Julie Heiden (Evan "Irvin"). Great grandmother of Jacob, Luke, and Addelyn Heiden, and Baylen Bourque. Also, survived by nieces and nephews. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Martha Catholic Church, a member of Martha's Friends and recipient of the St. Louis Medallion. A native of Columbus, Wisconsin, and a resident of Harvey, LA since 1964. Relatives and friends of the family, are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at St. Rosalie Catholic Church, 608 1st Ave., Harvey, LA. at 12 noon. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30am until 12 noon. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
