Betty G. Dugas passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Dugas. Mother of Mirtile "Mirt" Dugas (Becky), Jay Dugas (Melissa), and the late Kirk Dugas (Terri). Daughter of the late Clarence "Buck" Gomez and Esther T. Gomez. Sister of the late Elaine Bartolo and Wenola Wagner. Grandmother of Allison Marie Dugas (Chris), Monica Dugas Havard (Chase), Jay A. Dugas, Jr., and Brandy Lynn Dugas. Great grandmother of Hannah, Tanner, and Cayden Havard. Also survived by nieces and nephews. She was a lifelong resident of the West Bank. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of the Jefferson Parish Clerk's Office and members of the West Jefferson Medical Center Auxilliary are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 1pm.
