Beverly Rusich Nolan entered into eternal rest on June 4, 2022 at the age of 91. Daughter of the late John Rusich and Annette Ronquillo Rusich. Wife of the late Edward G. Nolan, III by second marriage and the late Clarence “Cat” Gartoucies by first marriage. She was the last surviving sibling to John Landry Rusich, Edward Rusich, Melba Rusich Zuvich, Milda Rusich Alberti and Mae Rusich Louviere. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Annette G. Buras and her son, Clay C. Gartouchies.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Michelle Buras Reddoch (Marcus) and grandson, Clay C. Buras (Magen). Great-grandmother of Alex Reddoch, Bonnie and Clay Buras and many nieces and nephews.
Beverly was the epitome of generosity and kindness and will be greatly missed. Whatever she did, she did with love, and will always be remembered for that.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 28698 LA-23, Port Sulphur, LA on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 9:30am to 10am with Holy Mass following with Father Gerard Stapleton will be presiding. Interment will take place at Our Lady of Good Harbor Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
