Billy E. Dean passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline B. Dean. Father of Eric Joseph Dean (Toni) and the late Thomas Scott Dean. Son of the late Sherman and Dorothy Dean. Brother of Jack Sherman Dean (Charlene). Also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Avondale, LA.
