Billy Lee Hartung

Billy Lee Hartung passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Christine Welling Hartung. Father of Jeffrey Hartung (Terri) and Justin Hartung (Michelle). Son of the late Helen Rinehart Hartung and Reuben Hartung. Brother of Debbie Armer, Donald Hartung and the late Dean Hartung. Grandfather of Benjamin (Kandace), Kailey, Lauren, and baby Caroline Hartung. Great grandfather of Isabella and Olivia. Will be dearly missed by his constant companion Peewee Lee. A special thanks to Patricia and Addison Trosclair for their love and support. Also, a special thanks to the Canon Hospice caregivers , Eliska, Tremeka, and Chaplain Dwayne. A native of Portland, Oregon and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 36 years. Billy was a US Navy Veteran and served his country during Vietnam. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME in charge of arrangements.
