Bobby Ray Mays Jr. of Lumberton, MS passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the age of 62. Beloved husband of Gwendolyn S. Mays for 43 years. Father of Bobby Ray Mays III (Gina). Son of Bobby Ray Mays Sr and the late Myrtis Mays. Brother of Carolyn C. Ingram, William Mays (Debbie), Jack Mays (Wendy), Johnny "Sam" Mays, and Keith Smith. Grandfather of Mindi, Jordan, Bobby IV, Jarrid, and William. Great Grandfather of Mikensey. A native of Knoxville, TN and a resident of Lumberton, MS for the past 15 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Superior Well Services, and members of Nicholson Golden Age Club are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 3pm. Interment Lynnhurst Cemetery, Knoxville, TN. Parlors will be open for visitation on Thursday afternoon from 1pm-3pm.
