Bonnie Pierce Tate

Bonnie Pierce Tate entered into eternal rest on October 22, 2023.  She was a very generous and caring person who was always there for her family and many friends.

Beloved wife of the late Forrest Tate. Mother of Kenny Tate (Anita) and Curt Tate (Juli). Grandmother of Melissa DaSilva (Gustavo), Lauren Tate, Brooke Simmons (Devin), Austin and Jessica Tate, Cody Scarborough (Amber) and Ben Scarborough.  Great-Grandmother of Olivia and Florence DaSilva. Daughter of the late William Pierce and Sylvia Solis Pierce. Sister of Guy Pierce, Mary Mullins, Billy Pierce, Jessie Pierce, Belinda Hebert, and the late Ronnie Pierce, Frankie Pierce, Connie Pierce, Jimmy Pierce, and Nancy Pierce. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Age 74 years, a native of Port Sulphur, raised in Buras, and resident of Belle Chasse, LA.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 6 PM. Visitation will be held from 4 PM until 6 PM.

Visitation will resume at Forest Park Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 S, The Woodlands, TX on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 3 PM until Funeral Service time at 4 PM. Interment will follow in Forest Park Cemetery.
