Bowman B. Bourgeois

Bowman B. Bourgeois passed away on May 30, 2016 at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of 54 years to Marilyn Molaison Bourgeois. Father of Lisa B. Lingoni (Doug Trauth), Lori B. Ochoa (Ralph), Linn B. Dufrene (Darren) and Lorn J. Bourgeois Sr. (Lourdes). Grandfather of Jonathan, Steven, Christopher, Stacie, Chris Jr., Lorn Jr., Lexi and Cristian. Brother of Lenox J. “L.J.” Bourgeois Jr. (Lillian), Arthur “Bubby” Bourgeois (Jetty) and the late Carroll Bourgeois (Delia). Brother-in-law of Morris H. Molaison Jr. Son of the late Lenox J. Bourgeois Sr. and Laura Hebert Bourgeois. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
For 63 years, Bowman operated the concessions at the Jefferson Parish Courthouse. Throughout his years, he touched the lives of so many and will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 6 PM to 10 PM. Visitation will resume at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 724 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 10 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
