Boyd Cort Hoover entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the age of 90. Beloved and loving husband of 67 years to Mildred Parr Hoover. Son of the late Cort Hoover and Zola Bowman Hoover. Father of Carole H. Oubre (Husband Henry) and the late Beverly H. “Jeannie” Hill (Survived by Husband, Clyde). Grandfather of Michael Oubre (Wife Anita), Tara Paisley (Husband Michael) and Mindy Lomonaco (Husband Brian). Great Grandfather of Devin Oubre, Adam Paisley, Kara Paisley, and Logan Lomonaco and Mason Lomonaco. Brother of the late Wilma Lee (Husband the late Carl). He retired from Chevron Oil as a Field Foreman after serving over 30 years. He served in World World II while in the United States Navy.
