Brenda Marse Bukaske

Brenda Ann Marse Bukaske transitioned from her Earthly life to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven on June 3, 2023.  She leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved husband, Arthur Lee Bukaske; daughter, Stephanie Rebecca Bukaske; grandson, Holdan Kade Bukaske; two sisters, Melinda (Willie) Marse Mullet, Deborah Marse; brother, Gerald (Peggy) Marse and many friends and relatives. 

Preceded in death by her son, Norman Keith Bukaske; parents, Chester Marse and Albertine Gautreaux Marse; brothers, Bobby Marse and Kenneth Marse, and sisters, Geraldine Marse, and Barbara Marse Gilly. Age 71 years, a native of New Orleans, and a resident of Avondale, LA.

Brenda worked for Allied Van Lines and operated her own child care business. She loved spending time with children and her family. Brenda was an avid outdoorswoman who enjoyed camping, and fishing. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. 

Please join the family for a Celebration of Life at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 4 PM until 8 PM. A prayer service will be held at 6 PM.
