Brenda Mae Ledet Plaisance entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the age of 54. Beloved wife of the late Terry R. Plaisance, Sr. Daughter of the late Benit J. Ledet, Sr. and Emma Gauthreaux Ledet. Mother of the late Terry R. Plaisance, Jr. Sister of Robert Ricquard, Michael Ledet, Jeannette L. Ehret (Gregory), Cheryl Graubert (Ricky), Tammy Donahue (Daniel) and the late Daniel Ledet, Sr., James Ledet, Benit J. Ledet, Jr. and William Ledet. Friend of the late Dudley Dufrene, Sr. Brenda was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Westwego, LA. A Visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 10AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 1PM. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Mausoleum (Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery), Westwego, LA.
