Bryan Alexander, 57 years old died at Ochsner Medical Center on the Westbank on Monday, July 16, 2012. He was the beloved son of the late F.W. “Bill” Alexander and the late Anna Mae Kassing Alexander. Brother to the late Kenneth Alexander and the late Billy Alexander. He is survived by his sister-in-law Pam Verret Alexander; niece, Ashley Alexander and great niece, Alexandria Kassing Burns; one Uncle, Wayne Alexander of Florida; Aunt Rosemary Kassing of Gretna and Aunt Mary Kassing Lore of Algiers along with many cousins. Bryan graduated from Jesuit High School and Tulane University where he was a defensive-end for the Tulane Green Waves. Bryan was a lifelong resident of Algiers and enjoyed his history as a true Algerine. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Algiers Point, Algiers, LA on Monday, July 23, 2012 from 9AM until 10AM. A Memorial Mass will be held at the church on Monday at 10AM. The family is REQUESTING NO FLOWERS. Memorial interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
