C. Andre Picou, age 72 peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Beloved husband of John Cucinello for 22 years. Son of the late George Picou and Ura Babin Picou. Son-in-law of Aline Cucinello and the late John Cucinello. Brother of the late George “Billy” Picou. Uncle of Dave Picou. Brother-in-law of Jonell Karcher (Rodney). Beloved best friend of Vickie Doss (Ronnie) and Yolanda Frias. Mr. Picou was employed by Whitney Bank for 28 years. He was born in New Orleans, LA and was a lifelong resident of the Westbank.
