Carl E. Olsen

Carl E. Olsen passed away on March 20, 2015 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband of Elda Plaisance Olsen. Father of Melissa Hebert (Rodney), Randall Borel and the late Melvin Borel. Grandfather of Ashley “Honey Bunny” Caulking. Brother of Sandra Matherne, the late Olif and Ronald Olsen. Son of the late Sam and Edith Delatte Olsen. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Carl owned C & O Air Conditioning and Heating. He was known as a hard core L.S.U. fan and for his keen sense of humor. He loved to help anyone in need. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 1 PM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6 PM to 10 PM, resuming on Tuesday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
