Surrounded by the Angels of God and her family, our beloved Princess, resident of Prairieville, Carmen Guidry Barnes Boudreaux went with our Lord at 8:40AM, Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge, LA. She was a native of Barataria, LA. Visitation will be at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 10AM until 1PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1PM and will be officiated by Pastors Jimmy Autrey, Mike Robertson and Jay Adkins. Interment will be held at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Avenue, Gretna, LA 70056. Carmen is survived by her husband of 49 years, Isidore A. Boudreaux; 2 sons and 2 daughters-in-law, Cecil and Wendie Barnes, Michael and Patrice Boudreaux; 4 daughters and 4 sons-in-law, Loretta and Lee Casey, Lorita and Freddie Dufren, Margaret and John Territo and Virginia and Michael Chaisson; 3 brothers and 1 sister-in-law, Andrew and Gaynell Bynum, Louis Goins and Elward Bynum; 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Agnes Bynum and Clement Guidry; 2 Grandsons, Wade Dufren and Wayne Comardelle; 2 brothers, Ennis Cheramie and Clement Guidry, Jr. and 4 sisters, Eva Rita Cheramie Gautreaux, Adelaide “Lula” Frickey, Darlene Chuter Berger and Mildred “Millie” LeBouef. Special thanks to our Nurses and Staff in MICU and HV7; Doctors Tara Jarreau, Charles Andrew Smith, Mark Kantrow, Robyn Boedefeld, Scott Landry, and Ronnie Fields and Staff of Louisiana Cardiology Associates.
