Carol Ann Mitchell Taravella

Carol Ann Mitchell Taravella, age 74 years, of Harvey, died Friday, December 19, 2014. Daughter of the late Delta and Agnes Mitchell, born December 10, 1940 in Larose, LA. Carol was a retired beautician. She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Joseph Taravella, Jr. Loving mother of Darryl Taravella. (Shanna). Devoted grandmother of Chad (Kimberly), Blake (Melissa) Taravella and Mandi-Lynn Taravella Dufrene (Darren) and great grandmother of Madison, Bentley and Cooper Taravella and Maci Dufrene. Also, survived by her sister Geraldine (Lanny) and brother in law Raymond (Linda). Carol is preceded in death by her brother James Mitchell and Maebelle Terry.
In lieu of flowers, Masses or donations in her memory may be made to St. Rosalie Catholic Church, 600 2nd Avenue, Harvey, LA 70058.
