Carol Ann Aubert Chamel passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Beloved wife of Raoul Chamel for 52 years. Loving mother of Kenneth M. Chamel (Lillian), Mark A. Chamel (Donna), Edris Macera (T. David) and Monica A.H. Chamel (fiancé, Clif New). Grandmother of Alayna, Katie, Ashley, Dalton Chamel, Gabriel and Michael Macera. Sister of the late Clinton C. Aubert, M.D. of Baton Rouge. Daughter of the late Helen O’Keeffe Aubert and Clinton S.L. Aubert. Age, 72 years. A native New Orleans, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family also parishioners of Believers’ Life Church are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Parlors will be open Saturday from 10 AM until 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Methodist Hospital Transplant Unit, Houston, TX or MADD of Bridge City, TX.
