Carol Ann Heck Harris

Carol Ann Heck Harris entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of 51 years to Daniel Paul Harris. Daughter of Roy C. Heck, Sr. and Rhea Bauer Heck. Loving mother of Mark Harris, Sr. (Wife, Daisy), Matthew Harris, Sr. (Wife, Bonnie) and Catherine Harris Koenig (Husband, Lennie). Grandmother of Theresa Matherne, Mark Harris, Jr., Matthew Harris II, Jordan Koenig and Breann Harris. Carol will be a proud expectant great grandmother. Sister of Rhea Avenel and Roy Heck, Jr. She graduated from Holy Angels Catholic School. She was born in New Orleans and resided in Terrytown. Carol was a member of Womans Club, Holy Name Society, St. Vincent DePaul Society, Hospitality Committee for Christ the King Catholic Church and Theta Golden Ages. Please consider donations to St. Vincent DePaul or Ozanam Inn in memory of Carol. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Christ the King Catholic Church, 535 Deerfield Road, Terrytown, LA on Monday, May 6, 2013 from 11:30AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be said at Christ the King Catholic Church on Monday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
